IONA Physiotherapy was established in Drumcondra in June 2001, and is a partnership between Louise Keating and Ciara Shields. As experienced Chartered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, we focus on delivering the highest standards in assessment and evidence-based management of people with musculoskeletal disorders. Both Louise and Ciara have Masters Degrees in Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, Australia. Maintaining a commitment to up to date research-based clinical practice, both are heavily involved in teaching at undergraduate & postgraduate levels, as well as their own continuing professional development through course and conference attendance. The ethos of the practice is to provide patient-centred, evidence-based care while maintaining a lifelong commitment to continuous professional development.
